We are looking for a experienced-talented and detail-oriented **Planning and Cost Control Engineer** to join our dynamic team and help us optimize project execution and financial performance.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, monitor, and update project schedules in coordination with project teams.
- Track project progress and report on deviations from planned timelines and budgets.
- Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and forecasts for ongoing and upcoming projects.
- Analyze cost variances and recommend corrective actions.
- Prepare regular project status and cost control reports for management.
- Coordinate with procurement, engineering, and operations to ensure cost efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in planning and cost control, preferably in logistics/freight forwarding.
- Strong knowledge of project scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project) and cost control tools.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
