**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and prepare audit schedules.
- Perform on-site audits to assess compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Review documentation, including permits, safety protocols, and environmental impact assessments.
- Identify potential risks and hazards, and evaluate the effectiveness of existing controls.
- Prioritize risks based on severity and likelihood, and suggest appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with local, national, and international HSE regulations, as well as internal policies.
- Assist in maintaining certifications like ISO 45001 ,9001,ISO 14001,ISO 22000...
- Prepare detailed audit reports outlining findings, non-compliance issues, and areas for improvement.
- Provide actionable recommendations for corrective and preventive measures.
- Monitor the implementation of corrective actions and follow up on non-compliance issues.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on HSE best practices and the importance of compliance.
- Encourage a culture of safety and environmental responsibility within the organization.
- Compare the organization’s HSE performance with industry standards and suggest continuous improvements.
- Participate in or lead investigations of HSE incidents to determine root causes and prevent recurrence.
- Communicate audit results and HSE issues to management and relevant departments.
- Liaise with regulatory bodies, certification agencies, and other external stakeholders as required.
- Maintain accurate records of audits, inspections, and incident investigations.
- Ensure all HSE-related documentation is up-to-date and accessible for audits and inspections.
- Maintain impartiality and objectivity during audits to provide accurate and unbiased assessments.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and ensure confidentiality of audit findings and reports.
