**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Property Photography & Videography**:

- Capture professional photos and videos of residential and commercial properties, including interiors, exteriors, and aerial shots.
- Create high-quality virtual tours and walkthroughs of properties for online listings and promotional purposes.
- Ensure proper lighting, composition, and angles to highlight the best features of each property.
- **Editing & Post-Production**:

- Edit photos and videos to ensure they meet company standards for quality, including color correction, retouching, and enhancing details.
- Create dynamic and engaging video content, including property walkthroughs, drone footage, and promotional videos.
- Use editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, or other relevant tools to deliver polished final content.
- **Aerial & Drone Photography**:

- Capture high-quality aerial imagery and videos of properties using drones, ensuring compliance with local regulations and safety standards.
- **Collaborate with Marketing Team**:

- Work closely with the marketing team to understand project requirements and ensure that all visual content aligns with branding guidelines and marketing strategies.
- **Client Relations**:

- Communicate with real estate agents, brokers, and property owners to understand their needs and expectations for property shoots.
- Offer advice and recommendations on how to best stage and present properties for photos and videos.
- **Equipment Maintenance**:

- Maintain and manage all photography and videography equipment, including cameras, lenses, drones, lighting, and other tools.
- Stay up to date with new photography and videography technologies and trends relevant to the real estate industry.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a real estate photographer/videographer, with a portfolio showcasing property shoots, virtual tours, and promotional videos.
- Proficiency in using professional photography and videography equipment (DSLRs, mirrorless cameras, drones, gimbals, etc.).
- Expertise in photo and video editing software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro), or equivalent programs.
- Familiarity with real estate-specific photography techniques, including HDR photography, twilight shots, and room staging.
- Experience with drone photography/videography and knowledge of FAA regulations (if applicable).
- Ability to create engaging content that highlights property features and appeals to potential buyers or renters.
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring all content is polished and professional.
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with agents, clients, and team members.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with 360-degree photography or virtual reality tours.
- Knowledge of real estate marketing trends and best practices.
- Experience with property video editing, including creating highlight reels and property commercials.
- Previous experience in drone operation and video capture.
