Mep Technician

Unload tools, prepare materials, and set up the equipment needed for that working day.

Read and follow installation prints/instructions attached to work orders using a computer/Chromebook.

Carry, load, and unload materials to the designated areas as assigned.

Use a measuring tape to cut materials as needed.

Safely use a variety of equipment and machinery to accomplish assigned tasks: (this could include forklifts, power drills, saws, levels, lifts, grinders, pressure washers, paint, and water spraying equipment).

Assist more senior team members in their duties as assigned each day. At the end of each day, clean up, store tools and equipment for the next day.

Minimum 2 years in Building maintenance experience as a qualified, Electrical /Plumbing /A/c Services Technician
- Maintain accurate maintenance records of Electrical & Plumbing Services
- Assist and manage all plumbing stoppages and minor plumbing works.
- Assist in providing preventive maintenance of all electrical plumbing, AC, and refrigeration.
- Ability to install electrical wiring for renovations, electrical outlet additions, motors, and associated equipment.
- Ability to provide electrical repair and maintenance to motors, starters, breakers, and associated equipment.
- Assist the Facilities supervisor on major shutdowns for repairs.
