We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Data Analyst will play a key role in helping the marketing team understand customer behaviors, optimize marketing strategies, and drive business decisions through data analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track campaign performance and key marketing metrics.
- Create detailed, actionable reports on marketing performance, including ROI, conversion rates, and customer engagement.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of campaigns.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve overall marketing strategies.

Qualifications & Requirement:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media analytics tools, and CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot).
- 4 years of experience in data analysis, with a focus on marketing or business analytics.
- Fluent in both English and Arabic, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
