**POSITION: SIMOPS MANAGER**

**General Description**:
Ensure that documentation to COMPANY, CONTRACTOR’s all teams, Subcontractors, Suppliers and Vendors, other third parties and etc.

The SIMOPS Manager is responsible to do whenever major drilling and construction works have an interface with Production Operations (SIMOPS are actually declared). To manage all SIMOPS related activities with an active role in ensuring that all project SHES goals are achieved and where possible exceeded.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide SIMOPS support and direction to all Sites before and during SIMOPS, by ensuring safe systems of work are in place prior to activities being carried out and during all the period of SIMOPS
- Ensure a safe completion & smooth hand-over of the facilities in a timely manner from & to Field Operations
- Ensure consistency of site activities and to facilitate proper management of interfaces between all Engineering & Construction, Project and Field Operations entities
- Coordinates SIMOPS roles and responsibilities among Sub-contractors and with other team personnel
- Review and approve the SIMOPS plans, procedures and other deliverables of the project
- Ensure an SIMOPS audits and plans are developed and implemented
- Monitor the activities and make sure that these are executed as per the SIMOPS plan and procedures
- Participate in hazard identification and risk assessment reviews including the identification of risk and risk reduction methods for SIMOPS

**Minimum Skills/Knowledge**:
1. Good understanding of Gas Plant

2. Good written and spoken English language skills: shall be good in English who could write a well-made Incident Investigation Report

**Education/Experience**:
1. 15 years experience

2. Int. recognized qualification; Int. recognized qualification; Postgraduate Engineering Diploma or -Degree

**Addition Desirable Skills and Experienced**:
1. Arabic language skills

2. Korean language skills

3. Middle East working experience

4. Previous or equivalent experience as a Document Control Work

**Experience**:

- SIMOPS MANAGER: 10 years (preferred)
