Customer Service Executive

**We are looking for Customer care Executive ARABIC & ENGLISH Fluency Mandatory**
- Assist customers in scheduling service appointments, providing necessary information on service options, and explaining procedures or policies.
- Coordinate with service technicians or relevant departments to assign and schedule service tasks based on customers' needs and service center capacity.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, service requests, work orders, and any relevant documentation, ensuring proper documentation and organization of customer information.
**Skills & Requirements**:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in ARABIC AND ENGLISH, with the ability to explain technical information in a clear and understandable manner to customers.
- Basic technical knowledge to understand the nature of the service center's operations, products, or services.
- Prior customer service experience is preferred
- Arabic nationalities only
- Certifications in customer service or related fields can be an advantage.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
