Role Highlights
- **Strategic Leadership**: Direct all revenue and sales functions, driving optimal hotel occupancy and maximizing profit across all market segments.
- **Sales & Revenue Initiatives**: Design and implement integrated strategies to surpass revenue goals and achieve sustained commercial success.
- **Market Analysis**: Evaluate market trends and competitive dynamics to seize emerging business opportunities.
- **Relationship Management**: Cultivate and manage relationships with corporate, leisure, MICE, and key accounts, ensuring long-term engagement.
- **Operational Oversight**: Manage daily sales, pricing, forecasting, inventory, and overall revenue operations to maintain commercial excellence.
- **Team Development**: Lead, mentor, and inspire the commercial team to consistently deliver results and advance their professional capabilities.
- **Reporting**: Prepare and communicate clear, actionable sales and revenue reports to senior management.
- **Brand Representation**: Serve as the hotel’s ambassador at industry events and actively network within the Qatar hospitality market.
- **Experience**: Minimum 10 years’ progressive experience in sales and revenue management within 4- or 5-star hotels in Qatar.
- **Proven Results**: Strong record in driving revenue growth, exceeding sales targets, and successfully leading multidisciplinary teams.
- **Expertise**: In-depth understanding of hotel sales processes, distribution channels, and revenue management technology.
- **Skills**: Outstanding negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related discipline highly preferred.
- **Languages**: Fluency in English required; proficiency in Arabic considered a plus.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Advanced command of Microsoft Office and hotel-specific revenue management systems.
