**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate the maintenance and repair work of HVAC technicians.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure mínimal disruption to operations.
- Conduct regular inspections of HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety standards.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex HVAC system issues, providing effective solutions.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards.
- Train and mentor junior HVAC technicians, providing guidance and technical support.
- Collaborate with engineers and other departments to improve system performance and reliability.
- Manage inventory of HVAC materials and equipment, ensuring availability for ongoing and upcoming maintenance projects.
- Respond promptly to emergency repair requests.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications are preferred.
- Proven experience as a Maintenance HVAC Foreman in the GCC region.
- Extensive experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and controls.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
- Excellent leadership and supervisory skills.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid HVAC certification or license preferred.
