**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage day-to-day operations of the coffee shop, ensuring smooth workflow and exceptional customer experiences.
- Recruit, train, and schedule staff to maintain operational efficiency and high service standards.
- Oversee cleanliness, safety, and compliance with food safety regulations within the coffee shop.
- Address customer complaints and issues promptly to ensure satisfaction and build loyalty.
- Create and implement marketing strategies and promotions to drive sales and customer engagement.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage procurement to avoid shortages or wastages.
- Develop and manage budgets to control costs and maximize profitability.
- Track sales performance and prepare regular reports for management.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures by all staff.
- Stay updated on market trends to introduce new offerings and enhance the customer experience.

**Qualification Requirements**
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Coffee Shop Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to handle staff and customers effectively.
- Knowledge of marketing strategies and promotional activities.
- Experience in managing inventory and budgets for operational efficiency.
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and compliance standards.
- Ability to handle customer complaints and resolve conflicts professionally.

**Salary : 5,000 QAR**
