**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform a variety of spa treatments, including massages, facials, body treatments, and other wellness services.
- Assess guest needs and recommend appropriate therapies to promote relaxation, healing, and well-being.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Ensure excellent client satisfaction by delivering personalized services tailored to guest preferences.
- Promote and upsell spa products and services to guests.
- Handle guest queries and provide relevant information on spa treatments, products, and procedures.
- Collaborate with other spa staff to maintain a seamless guest experience.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a spa Therapist in a reputable spa or hotel setting.
- Knowledge of a wide range of spa treatments, including massages, body treatments, facials, and other holistic therapies.
- Certification or diploma in massage therapy, beauty therapy, or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with a diverse clientele.
- Professional, reliable, and customer service-oriented demeanor.
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver a high level of service consistently.
