- **Lead and manage a team of florists, ensuring smooth daily operations and quality control.**:

- **Maintain and manage inventory, procure fresh flowers, and ensure proper storage to keep flowers fresh and vibrant.**:

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Proven experience as a florist, with minimum 2-3 years experience, preferably with GCC experience but not mandatory.**:

- **Strong creativity and a keen eye for design, must submit video or photos to prove their creations. PLEASE SEE THE ATTACHED SAMPLE DESIGNS FOR REFERENCE.**:

- **Leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.**:

- **Familiarity with local flower suppliers and seasonal availability.**:

- **Excellent communication and customer service skills.**:

- **Ability to work under pressure, manage deadlines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.**:

- **Passion for flowers and attention to detail.**:

- **Age: not more than 40 years of age/ with valid QID and ready to transfer sponsorship.**:

- **Arabic speaking will be an added advantage.**

Pay: Up to QAR4,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Florist: 5 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- Arabic (preferred)
