**Operational Management**:
- Oversee day-to-day store operations ensuring efficiency and profitability.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure product availability.
- Implement company policies and procedures and ensure compliance.
- Manage pricing, promotions, and visual merchandising according to company standards.
- Maintain store cleanliness and health/safety compliance.
**Staff Management**:
- Recruit, train, and supervise store staff including department managers, cashiers, and stock clerks.
- Create staff schedules and ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.
- Monitor employee performance and conduct performance evaluations.
- Motivate and develop team members through coaching and leadership.
**Customer Service**:
- Ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction by addressing complaints and resolving issues promptly.
- Train staff on customer service best practices and policies.
- Maintain a welcoming and organized store environment.
**Sales & Financial Management**:
- Monitor sales performance and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Work towards achieving store sales targets and profitability goals.
- Prepare sales reports, budgets, and financial records.
- Minimize stock loss and control shrinkage.
Pay: QAR2,000.00 - QAR3,000.00 per month
