**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and present high-quality Arabic dishes according to the menu and standards set by the Head Chef.
- Assist in menu development, including seasonal and special dishes that reflect Arabic culinary traditions.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Supervise and train junior kitchen staff, providing guidance on techniques and presentation.
- Monitor food stock levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient service and communication during busy periods.
- Stay updated on current culinary trends, especially in Arabic cuisine, and incorporate new ideas into the menu.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a high-volume kitchen.
- Strong knowledge of Arabic cuisine, including traditional cooking methods and ingredients.
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification preferred.
- Excellent knife skills and proficiency in various cooking techniques.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- A passion for culinary arts and a commitment to high-quality food preparation.
