Job Purpose Summary:
The incumbent is primarily responsible for leading the installation, monitoring and maintenance of the

A. Shareholder & Financial:

- Perform necessary system administration to support eChannels System Support operations and further

- Possess in depth technical knowledge in operating systems of assigned main servers to provide a

platform for systems delivery, understanding the network and systems architecture to resolve any

- Understand assigned systems’ internals, architecture and limitations in deciding on methods of

problem solving
