Qualifications, Mandatory to have the below:
1. Should possess minimum 5-10 years of Experience in International Purchasing including Qatar market.

2. Possess Practical knowledge of International commercial terms (Incoterms) and local customs regulations & rules

3. Must possess good exposure within Qatar market.

4. Immediate joiners preferred

5. Must be Locally available in QATAR with valid Qatar ID.

**Responsibilities**:
To handle all activities related to International and local purchasing, and to ensure achieving the best terms of quality, price, and delivery conditions.
- Handle overseas purchasing process import-export process and related documentation.
- Follow up the status of orders with suppliers to ensure timely delivery, expedite for delivery and communicate status with internal stakeholders.
- Communicate with international suppliers, freight forwarders and local customs cleaning agents for all business relevant matters.
- Propose new international suppliers, handle price negotiations, overseas purchasing process, and delivery planning to meet user requirements.
- Assist procurement manager in cost down negotiation involvement.
- Provide reports and evaluate suppliers performance.
- Coordinate with related departments to smoothly operate.

Abide by all group policies and procedures.

- Market Analysis, Negotiations & Reporting: 2 years (preferred)
- Assisting Procurement Manager including cost negotiation: 2 years (preferred)
- Qatar customs rules & regulations: 2 years (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Qatar ID (preferred)
- Qatar Driving License (Preferred not mandatory) (preferred)
