Support the Assistant Human Resources Manager in all Key HR functions, to include recruitment & employment administration, performance management systems, reward and recognition, succession planning, staff training administration, employee relations and general administration of the department.
- Support the implementation of appropriate Human Resources strategies, policies and practices and administer in accordance with the Qatar Federal Law on Regulations of Labor Relations.
- Assist in the review and enhancement of policies and procedures necessary to support all key functions.
- Develop and implement preferred recruitment practices including the management of, job requisitions, job descriptions, job banding, advertising, preparation of offers to line managers and/or senior management where required.
- Define, communicate talent needs, best sourcing and attraction methods; and manage against recruitment priorities.
- Conduct benchmarking studies of manpower statistics and trend analysis, pay and benefits to assist strategic decision making as directed by the HR Manager.
- Assist the HR Management in the roll out of performance management system including the probationary and annual performance assessment in accordance with Company requirements.
- Work closely with the Training Manager and participate in delivering new joiner’s orientation programs.
- Assist in staff welfare programs, HR relations development and other support programs to enhance employee engagement.
- Manage employees’ settlements, leave settlements, end of service in accordance with employee entitlements.
- Analyze Exit interviews - ensuring the process and questions and outcomes are relevant and commercially sound.
- Liaise with external agencies including recruitment firms, government agencies, staff accommodation providers and others on all matters relating to the business’s human capital requirements.
- Maintain and update all human resources files including personal bank details, CV’s, work visas, passport control, medical insurance benefits, accommodation, security keys, pre and post employment correspondence etc. in accordance with Company guidelines and applicable laws of the Qatar.
- Maintain complete and accurate records of all employees in accordance with the requirements the HR Internal Audit process.
- Coordinate the administration of the employees’ medical insurance plan and workmen’s compensation benefits.
- Provide timely updates to voco® Doha West Bay Suites management on any changes in legal, compliance, regulatory or statutory reporting requirements as mandated by Government authorities.
- Support on all matters relating to workplace health and safety.
**PA TO GM**
- Manage the General Manager’s diary to co-ordinate meetings/appointments, and to ensure smooth running of such meetings.
- Take minutes at the Executive Committee Meeting.
- Coordinate and communicate with various departments and all levels of staff on matters directed by the General Manager.
- Prepare and manage correspondences with internal and external parties for General Manager’s signature.
- Manage and upkeep the functionality and cleanliness of the office.
