As the business expands, we are pleased to announce an incredibly exciting opportunity to join our **Cargo Network Planning **team** **in **Doha** as a **Lead Cargo Network Planning Analyst**. The role entails the following responsibilities:

- Develop and lead long term network and commercial initiatives including
- Network and Hub Strategy
- 18-month to 5-year Network Plans
- Fleet Optimization & Planning
- OAL Partnership Development
- Airport Incentive Programs
- Capacity Optimization
- Cost Optimization
- Support the development of assigned business cases through comprehensive analysis of KPIs
- Financial (revenues, costs, profitability) indicators
- Non-financial (long-term strategy, focus markets, utilization, competitive landscape)
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders (Corporate Planning, Aero-Political, Sales, Airports, Airlines) to continuously improve the overall cargo capabilities of the Group
- Training and supporting Network Planning Analysts as required

**Qualifications**:
**About you**
- Bachelor’s degree with minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in business analysis / similar job functions within the airline industry, experience in air cargo is a plus
- Excellent knowledge of statistics, financial reporting and scenario planning
- Creative thinking and commercial awareness
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Proficient in MS Excel (e.g. Formulas, VBA, Pivot Tables), knowledge of Tableau is a plus
- Fluency in written and spoken English
