**Position Title: Mobile Development & Support Services - Flutter Full Stack**

**Location: Qatar**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Work effectively with end-users, backend developers, and other stakeholders to translate user requirements into functional and scalable mobile solutions.
- Oversee the complete **mobile app development lifecycle**, including requirement analysis, UI/UX design, architecture planning, development, testing, and deployment to app stores (Google Play Store and Apple App Store). **(Must-have)**
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of data structures and algorithms to build efficient, scalable, and maintainable code. **(Must-have)**
- Perform code reviews and provide mentorship on clean coding standards, ensuring high-quality deliverables within the team.
- Implement authentication mechanisms, manage authorization processes, and integrate social login features using **OAuth**and **JWT tokens**. **(Nice-to-have)**
- Work with **cloud platforms**like Azure or Google Cloud and mobile development tools for **CI/CD pipelines**(e.g., Jenkins, Fastlane, Bitrise) to automate builds, tests, and deployments. **(Must

- Optimized app performance, ensuring efficient memory usage, fast load times, and mínimal battery consumption.
- Successful delivery of the entire mobile development lifecycle, from architecture to deployment and post-launch maintenance.Seamless integration with backend services and third-party APIs, enabling real-time data synchronization and added functionalities.
- Implementation of strong security measures, including secure authentication, data encryption, and compliance with GDPR and app store guidelines.
- Continuous app updates and maintenance, ensuring compatibility with new OS versions and enhancements based on user feedback.
- Efficient app store submissions, ensuring compliance with Google Play and Apple App Store requirements, leading to smooth releases.
