**Job Summary**:
The Maintenance Technician & Coordinator is a hands-on role responsible for performing routine and corrective maintenance across all company locations, while also coordinating specialized repairs with third-party vendors. This position ensures that all maintenance tasks are completed efficiently, records are accurately kept, and preventive schedules are followed to maintain safe and reliable operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct routine inspections and carry out maintenance (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, etc.) to prevent equipment and infrastructure failures.
- Troubleshoot and resolve on-site technical issues promptly to minimize operational disruptions.
- Identify, solicit, and coordinate with external contractors for repairs beyond in-house capabilities.
- Obtain quotes, schedule services, oversee vendor performance, and verify work quality prior to payment.
- Maintain an up-to-date maintenance log for each site, recording work orders, parts and materials used, costs, and completion dates.
- Update the preventive maintenance calendar and produce regular reports on metrics such as downtime, repair frequency, and expenditures.
- Monitor outstanding work orders to ensure timely closure and communicate status updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with company policies, manufacturer guidelines, and applicable health & safety regulations.
- Analyze recurring issues to recommend process improvements, cost-saving measures, or capital investments.

- **Independence & Judgment**: Self-motivated, able to work with mínimal supervision, and escalate critical issues appropriately.

Pay: QAR2,500.00 per month
