**Job Title: Hand Embroidery Artist**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Execute high-quality hand embroidery on garments as per design specifications
- Read and interpret embroidery patterns, sketches, or samples
- Work with different types of threads, beads, sequins, and fabrics
- Collaborate with the design and production team to meet creative goals
- Ensure consistency, accuracy, and quality in all embroidery work
- Complete embroidery tasks within assigned timelines
- Assist in fabric preparation, finishing, and quality control when required

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in hand embroidery (portfolio required)
- Strong knowledge of embroidery stitches, techniques, and materials
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible and reliable, with a strong work ethic
- Experience in fashion embroidery is a plus

**Preferred**:

- Knowledge of traditional and contemporary embroidery styles
- Experience working in a fashion or têxtile production environment
