**PURPOSE**: Responsible for the design, installation, calibration, operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of instrumentation and control systems across wastewater treatment facilities, package plants, and pumping stations. Ensure continuous and reliable process monitoring and automation to meet operational efficiency, compliance, and safety standards. **ROLES & RESPOSIBILITIES**: - Provide technical support to instrument team to resolve complex obstacles. - Prepare technical documents and reports. - Ascertain that preventive and corrective maintenance is carried out in accordance with the plan. - Maintain a spares inventory balance to ensure the reliability of instruments. - Organize regular maintenance schedules assigning job to the work force. - Immediate response to equipment failures repairing or arranging for the installation of replacements. - Provide technical training to team members. - Data Analysis (current and historical) and Root Cause Analysis. - Reporting incidents that present or have the potential to represent a loss to the organization. These include occupational injuries / illness, security, environmental incidents and product and severe non-conformances, to prevent recurrences. - Carry out other tasks assigned. **Experience**: - Minimum 7 years of experience in the operations and maintenance of wastewater treatment plants and pumping stations. **Competencies**: - Demonstrated professional experience in the Instrumentation and Controls (I&C) field performing design work. - Field experience inspecting newly installed control systems for conformity with contract documents and specifications. - Experience in programming major brands of PLC or HMI product and field startup experience, testing, and troubleshooting. - Computer and Mechanical proficiency. - Planning - Conceptual skills - Problem solving - Attention to details **Education**:Degree in Engineering in Electrical, Mechanical, Instrumentation, Industrial, or similar experience **Others**:UPDA Certified Engineer / to obtain this year **Language**:English (written and verbal communication) Pay: From QAR1.00 per month Application Question(s): - Your current location: - Are you willing to relocate to Qatar? - Joining Period: - Can you obtain "NOC"/transfer approval?
