Our Middle East operations have a great opportunity for a Site Resident Engineer to join our Doha office in Qatar.
- Proven experience in construction supervision consultancy services in projects including high rise towers, high-end luxury residences, educational institutions, security facilities, medical facilities, industrial facilities
- Proven experience and abilities to review and analyse construction critical path programme
- Coordination with multi-discipline project team members, clients, main contractor & subcontractors and other collaborators
- Demonstrable experience in budget and cost analysis
- Ability to guide and develop staff through supervision and training
- Business development and marketing skills to secure new clients and maintain existing client relationships
- Sound project management and contract administration skills & management of conflicting priorities
- Experience in developing, implementing and managing Quality and H&S system preferred
- Ability to liaise with clients and authorities for required approvals
- Engineering degree with minimum 12 years’ working experience
- In possession of or progressing towards MMUP registration (Grade A)
- Middle East experience and a working knowledge of design and construction practices specific to this region is a must
