Pest Control Supervisor

**Job Summary**:
The Pest Control Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day pest control operations, ensuring that the team effectively addresses pest infestations and preventive measures. This includes supervising technicians, conducting inspections, providing technical guidance, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Supervision and Leadership**:

- Lead, supervise, and schedule pest control technicians to ensure timely and effective service delivery.
- Provide training and technical support to the team on pest control methods, tools, and safety protocols.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to improve the performance of technicians.
- **Pest Control Operations**:

- Oversee and participate in pest inspections, identification of infestations, and implementation of appropriate pest control measures.
- Ensure the correct use of pesticides, traps, and other pest control tools and equipment.
- Develop and implement pest prevention and eradication strategies.
- **Customer Service**:

- Interact with clients to understand their pest control needs, provide advice, and address concerns.
- Schedule and conduct follow-up inspections to ensure the effectiveness of pest control treatments.
- Maintain positive relationships with clients and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- **Compliance and Safety**:

- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local pest control regulations and safety standards.
- Maintain accurate records of pest control activities, inspections, and treatments as required by regulations.
- **Inventory and Equipment Management**:

- Manage the inventory of pest control products, supplies, and equipment.
- Ensure all equipment is properly maintained, calibrated, and used safely by technicians.
- Order supplies and maintain inventory control to support daily operations.
- **Reporting**:

- Prepare reports on pest control operations, technician performance, and client feedback.
- Document pest infestations, treatment plans, and outcomes.
- Track service orders and update client records.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Should have valid light Driving licence& can provide Noc.
- **Certification**: Valid pest control license and certifications as required by state and federal regulations.
- 3-5 years of experience in pest control, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
- Knowledge of various pest control methods, pesticides, and safety regulations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and oversee multiple projects.
- Physical stamina and ability to work in a variety of conditions (e.g., outdoors, confined spaces).

**Skills and Abilities**:

- Strong understanding of pest biology and behavior.
- Ability to troubleshoot pest issues and develop customized pest control strategies.
- Familiarity with relevant health and safety regulations.
- Good record-keeping skills and attention to detail.

**Work Environment**:

- This role may require working in diverse environments such as residential, commercial, and industrial settings.
- May involve exposure to chemicals and working in potentially hazardous environments, requiring the use of protective gear.
