**Full job description**

We are seeking a **Receptionist** to join our dynamic team.

**Responsibilities**:
2. Registering the orders on the system.
3. Follow-up with the customers to ensure satisfaction and confirm delivery details.
4. If there’s any problem with any order, follow procedures to resolve the issue.
5. Processing payments correctly through the system, whether by cash, bank card, or online payment.
6. Receiving and handling customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
7. Marketing food products through various platforms to increase visibility and sales.
8. Ensuring order accuracy by cross-checking customer requests and details.
9. Managing and updating the inventory based on orders received.
10. Communicating with the kitchen and delivery team to ensure timely and correct order preparation.
11. Handling special requests from customers, ensuring they are accommodated when possible.
12. Maintaining a clean and organized workspace to process orders efficiently.

**Experience**:

- Receptionist: 2 years (required)

**Language**:

- Arabic (Fluent)
- English (Fluent)

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: QAR3,500.00 - QAR3,800.00 per month
