**Responsibilities**:

- Handle customer inquiries regarding ticketing, holiday packages, and travel arrangements.
- Provide expert assistance in issuing, reissuing, and modifying tickets based on client needs and travel regulations.
- Process ticket bookings, reissues, and modifications ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant.
- Assist customers in selecting travel packages based on their preferences and budgets.
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and other service providers for smooth trip arrangements.
- Stay updated on the latest travel trends and packages to offer clients the best options.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and transactions.

**Qualifications**:

- 2 to 5 years of experience in the travel and tourism industry, with a focus on ticketing and holiday services.
- Expertise in issuing, reissuing, and modifying tickets.
- Strong knowledge of ticketing systems (Amadeus is a must).
- Experience with TBO or other booking systems is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations while maintaining professionalism.
- Knowledge of popular travel destinations and holiday packages.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
