Campaign Execution and Optimization:

- Set up, manage, and monitor paid advertising campaigns to ensure optimal performance.
- Analyze key metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.) and make data-driven decisions to adjust bidding strategies, audiences, and ad creatives.
- Conduct A/B testing to identify high-performing ads and strategies.
- Implement retargeting campaigns to maximize customer acquisition and retention.

Budget Management:

- Allocate budgets efficiently across campaigns to maximize ROI.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Paid Ads Specialist or similar role, with a strong track record of successful campaigns.
- Expertise in social media platforms’ ad management tools, including Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics and other reporting tools.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data into actionable insights.
- Experience with retargeting, audience segmentation, and lookalike audience creation.
- Knowledge of budget management and ROI optimization techniques.
- Creative mindset and attention to detail in crafting compelling ad content.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Certification in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or similar platforms.
