**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collect, analyze, and interpret geospatial data related to building construction projects.
- Develop and maintain GIS databases, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and security of project data.
- Prepare detailed maps, drawings, and 3D visualizations to support design, planning, and construction teams.
- Integrate GIS data with CAD and BIM systems to improve project coordination and decision-making.
- Conduct spatial analysis to support project feasibility, design optimization, and site assessments.
- Provide GIS-based reports, dashboards, and presentations for management and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with project standards, local regulations, and client requirements.
- Support project teams with GIS training, troubleshooting, and technical guidance.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to enhance efficiency using GIS solutions.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Geomatics, Geographic Information Systems (GIS), Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of **10 years total experience**, with at least **5 years in a similar GIS Specialist role** within building construction projects.
- Strong proficiency in GIS software (ArcGIS, QGIS, or similar).
- Experience with CAD, BIM integration, and data interoperability.
- Strong knowledge of database management (SQL, spatial databases).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
- Familiarity with Qatar’s construction industry standards and regulations is preferred.
