Provide professional, efficient and effective Administrative and Marketing support to the Senior Managers and Divisional Head in all day to day business activities.
- You shall conduct extensive market research and competitor mapping activities leading to future strategies; identification of opportunities related to business operations and services.
- Work with manager and business heads to formulate marketing activities. Develop marketing communications campaigns and prepare briefing materials and design. Promote products and services through public relations initiatives.
- To assists the Sales & Business Development Manager in development and implementation of marketing plans as needed, preparation and actively participate in preparation and timely submission of tenders.
- Coordinate with Clients and staff on all business matters and maintain the important communication and business documents in safe and proper manner.
- Organize and maintain professional up to date filing system for company business communications, incoming and outgoing mails, letters and faxes.
- Timely complete the given assignment, including all inter-office correspondence, quotations, business proposals, and assist Managers in the preparation and presentation of the tender documents.
- Coordinate and maintain good working relations with our clients and suppliers.
- Maintain strict confidentiality in the company dealings and communications.
- Create, implement and maintain all social media marketing activities. Create marketing and promotional materials, both print and electronic. Copy, edit, proofread, and revise communications.
- Develop and manage the productions of event’s marketing collateral and ensure that deadlines are met.
- Create and deliver press releases, media relations content, corporate newsletter content, social media content, and proposals. Research media coverage and industry trends, conduct extensive media outreach and develop
- Identify, develop and execute communications strategy for key media contacts and customer references.
- Liaise with photographers, printers, designers and production staff.
- Address all communications on day to day basis and carryout all internal and external written communication to your immediate superior as per guidelines.
- To ensure the implementation of HACCP & HSE standards in the surrounding areas.
- To ensure that the workplace satisfies HSE requirements & all staff meets the local municipality health (food handlers) regulations & health requirement
- To ensure that requirements related to Food Safety (ISO 22000:2018), Quality Management (9001:2015) and HSE (ISO 14001:2015 & ISO 45001:2018) are implemented and maintained within the department.
- All documents/records related to Food Safety & HSE (where applicable) shall be kept up to date.
- Food safety/HSE Policy and objectives (as applicable to the department) to be followed and updated.

**Salary**: QAR10,000.00 per month
