**Vendor Management**:
Establish and maintain relationships with current and potential suppliers.

Evaluate and monitor supplier performance, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.

Conduct regular market research to identify new suppliers and products.

**Compliance and Documentation**:
Ensure all procurement activities comply with school policies, procedures, and regulations.

Prepare and maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other important data.

Assist in the preparation of procurement reports for management review.

**Budget Management**:
Assist in the development and management of the procurement budget.

Monitor and control expenditure to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.

Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.

**Coordination and Communication**:
Collaborate with various departments to understand their procurement needs and requirements.

Provide timely updates on procurement activities and order statuses to relevant stakeholders.

Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to procurement promptly and efficiently.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

2 to 3 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the education sector or similar.

Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.

Pay: From QAR3,000.00 per month
