**Position Title**: Project Specialist - Healthcare Sector
**Location**: Qatar

**Job Type**: Full Time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop management communications and presentations
- Coordinate process improvement activities across the organization as directed by line management
- Provide efficient administrative and office support to the Executive Director of Quality, Patient Safety & Innovation, ensuring timely completion of tasks
- Assist the project manager in coordinating between departments to monitor project progress
- Perform any additional duties or responsibilities as assigned
- Maintain high standards of confidentiality to protect sensitive information

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Master’s degree in Business, Management, or related field
- Advanced project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) highly preferred
- Minimum 7 years of experience, with at least 5 years managing projects, preferably in healthcare
- Extensive knowledge of project management principles, frameworks, and documentation
- Strong understanding of ethical principles and healthcare regulations
- Excellent communication, mediation, and conflict resolution skills
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to trace information thoroughly and ensure follow-through to completion

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: QAR7,000.00 - QAR8,000.00 per month
