Job Description: Sales Manager (Male / Female)

Position Summary:
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth for the organization. You will develop and implement sales strategies, monitor sales activities, coach and train the sales team, and build strong customer relationships to maximize sales opportunities.

Sales Strategy and Planning:

- Develop and implement sales strategies, objectives, and plans to achieve sales targets.
- Identify new market opportunities and areas for growth.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.
- Set sales quotas and targets for the sales team.

Sales Operations:

- Develop and maintain sales budgets, forecasts, and reports.
- Monitor sales activities, analyze sales data, and generate performance reports.
- Collaborate with other departments (such as marketing and operations) to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
- Implement effective sales processes, methodologies, and tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Customer Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty through excellent service delivery.

Sales Performance Analysis and Improvement:

- Analyze sales performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement sales training programs to enhance product knowledge and selling skills.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Recommend and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
