**ELECTRICAL ENGINEER (Operations & Maintenance)**

Electrical Engineers are responsible for designing, developing, testing, and supervising the manufacturing of electrical equipment, systems, and components. Their work typically involves a wide range of products and services, including electric motors, radar and navigation systems, communications systems, and power generation equipment.
- Minimum requirements:_
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
- 8 years of proven experience in Electrical Engineering is required.
- Only Freelancer will be accepted
- Must be locally available in Qatar
- A holder of a valid QID / Resident Permit
- Can join immediately
- Can provide his own food, accommodation and transportation
- Key responsibilities but not limited to:_
- Closely monitoring the CAFM system and coordinating with the helpdesk to close the tickets on time
- Supervise the maintenance of electrical and ELV systems, including power distribution networks, control panels, ELV systems, and equipment.
- Diagnose electrical faults and oversee timely repairs to restore functionality.
- Develop, implement, and monitor the preventive maintenance schedules for electrical installations.
- Ensure to complete the assigned project with the KPI described in O&M contract.
- Perform regular system checks and risk assessments to preempt potential failures.
- Ensure all O&M activities adhere to local codes, safety standards, and client specifications.
- Prepare and submit technical RFI to client / consultants for new business, such as modification, enhancement, replacement, and fitout
- Timely review and update the electrical load schedule and to ensure load balance.
- Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and project teams to coordinate O&M activities seamlessly.
