Monitor Social Media Channels:
Keep a close watch on comments, messages, and mentions across all social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).

Engage with Followers:
Respond to comments and direct messages in a timely, helpful, and positive manner, ensuring audience engagement.

Moderate Content:
Ensure user-generated content aligns with company guidelines, removing inappropriate posts and escalating issues when necessary.

Community Management:
Foster a positive online community by encouraging conversation.

Enforce Policies:
Enforce platform guidelines, ensuring a respectful and safe environment for all community members.

Report & Escalate Issues:
Identify any emerging crises or trends, escalating to the appropriate team members when needed.

Assist with Social Media Strategy:
Collaborate with the marketing team to contribute to content calendars, campaign ideas, and overall social media strategy.

Analyze Performance Metrics:
Track user engagement, report trends, and suggest ways to optimize community management efforts.

Content Scheduling & Publishing:
Post, schedule, and manage social media content, ensuring timely updates and consistency with brand voice.

Crisis Management:
Monitor and respond swiftly to any public relations crises or negative sentiment, coordinating with the PR team when necessary.

Monitor Competitor Activity:
Keep an eye on competitors' social media activities and industry trends to adjust strategies as needed.

Provide Feedback:
Communicate insights from the community to improve products, services, or campaigns.

Stay Updated on Platform Changes:
Remain informed about new features, algorithms, and trends across social media platforms.
- Both Languages ( Arabic & English )
- Starting joining: October 1.
- Experience in same field.
