We are seeking an experienced **Lead Dynamics 365 CRM & Power Platform Developer** to design, develop, and deliver enterprise-grade solutions. This role involves leading technical delivery, mentoring developers, and working closely with business stakeholders to implement scalable and innovative solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead solution design and development on **Dynamics 365 CE/CRM** and the **Power Platform**.
- Build and customize **Power Apps** (Canvas & Model-Driven), **Power Automate** flows, **Power Pages**, and **Dataverse** configurations.
- Develop plugins, workflows, web resources, and PCF controls.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Oversee DevOps, solution lifecycle management, ALM practices, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Mentor and guide junior developers.

**Requirements**:

- **5+ years** of experience with **Dynamics 365 CE/CRM** and **Power Platform** development.
- Strong skills in **C#/.NET**, **JavaScript**, **Dataverse**, and **Azure integrations**.
- Experience with **solution architecture**, ALM, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- **Arabic proficiency is required.**:

- Microsoft certifications (e.g., **PL-400**, **PL-600**) are preferred.
