_**Job Position : Finance Manager**_

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to join our dynamic team. As the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities of our organization, ensuring compliance with accounting principles, and providing strategic financial guidance to senior management.
- **Responsibilities**:_
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the finance department, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to provide accurate and timely financial information to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with local financial regulations and accounting principles.
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.
- Monitor cash flow, manage banking relationships, and optimize working capital.
- Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations to support business decisions and growth strategies.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics.
- Manage the annual budgeting process and provide ongoing budget monitoring and variance analysis.
- Coordinate and manage the annual audit process, liaising with external auditors as required.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and changes in financial regulations.

Qualifications:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) or Semi-qualified Chartered Accountant (CA Inter) certification is required.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in finance management, preferably in the Middle East.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and best practices.
- Proven experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Proficient in financial software and systems, with advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Available in Qatar and Arabic speaking.

- Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
