**Responsibilities**
- Answering customer calls and addressing their queries or concerns.
- Providing information about products or services offered by the company.
- Assisting customers with placing orders, making reservations, or processing payments.
- Handling customer complaints and resolving issues in a professional and efficient manner.
- Escalating complex problems to the appropriate department or supervisor.
- Maintaining accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Following up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved.
- Adhering to company policies and procedures while delivering exceptional customer service.

**Skills**:

- Excellent verbal communication (Arabic + English) skills to effectively interact with customers.
- Product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.

**Job Type**: Temporary
Contract length: 1 month

**Salary**: QAR3,000.00 - QAR3,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
