**Job Summary**:
The Mechanical Foreman in civil construction is responsible for supervising and coordinating the mechanical aspects of construction projects, including the installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical systems such as HVAC, plumbing, and piping. The foreman ensures that all work is completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and local regulations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead, supervise, and guide a team of mechanical technicians and workers to ensure the successful completion of mechanical tasks.
- Assign daily tasks, monitor progress, and ensure that all work is done in accordance with project plans and specifications.
- Provide hands-on assistance to the team when necessary, especially during complex installations or repairs.
- Oversee the installation, testing, and maintenance of mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, water supply, drainage, and fire-fighting systems.
- Ensure the proper installation of mechanical equipment such as pumps, compressors, boilers, and chillers.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical issues to minimize downtime on-site.
- Work closely with civil, electrical, and other teams to ensure smooth integration of mechanical systems with other project components.
- Coordinate with the project manager, site engineer, and other stakeholders to ensure that project milestones are met.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Diploma or technical certification in mechanical engineering or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical works in the construction industry, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

Pay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR3,500.00 per month
