**Job Purpose**:

An Area Supervisor will achieve the highest quality of cleanliness for the airport by directing and coordinating the Soft Services operation in accordance with the standards and policies of FMM.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- At least 5 years’ experience working in a busy and/or luxury environment
- At least 3 years’ experience managing a bigger workforce; 100+ manpower

**Skills/Certifications**:

- Advanced technical knowledge (strip & seal of floors, floor restoration, advanced chemical knowledge, knowledge of different types of cleaning equipment and machines)
- Certified by international cleaning institutes (BICSs, FIGR, ISSA,etc.)

**Experience**:

- Assistant Housekeeping / Soft Services Manager: 3 years (required)
