We need a talented individual who can Design, capture, edit, and produce high-quality videos showcasing our team, mission, and impact. Your work will play a key role in Generating High quality posts, creatives, Conducting PodCast & Creating episodes & our visibility, engagement, and follower growth across social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).

Key Responsibilities:

- Graphic Designing & Video Production: Film high-quality videos of team activities, events, testimonials, and behind-the-scenes content. And Create Visual Graphics promoting our services.
- Editing & Post-Production: Edit raw footage into polished, engaging videos (short-form & long-form) with captions, effects, and branding.
- Content Strategy: Develop creative concepts to boost views, reach, and engagement.
- Social Media Optimization: Tailor content for different platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Reels, TikTok, etc.) to maximize impact.
- Trend Awareness: Stay updated on social media trends, algorithms, and best practices for video content.
- Collaboration: Work with the marketing/communications team to align videos with branding and campaigns.
- Analytics: Track performance metrics (views, engagement, growth) and adjust strategies accordingly.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in **graphic designing,** video shooting, editing, and content creation, conducting podcasts.
- Proficiency in editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, etc.).
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms and what drives engagement.
- Creative storytelling skills with an eye for visuals and pacing.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of motion graphics/animation is a plus.
- Passion for social impact and community work is a bonus
