Nos experts en Service client font preuve d'initiative et offrent un vaste éventail de services afin que le repas de nos clients soit mémorable. Que ce soit mettre la table, communiquer avec la cuisine, interagir avec le client et le servir, ou nettoyer les zones de travail et les fournitures, l'expert en Service client fait en sorte que les clients sentent que les transactions font partie de l'expérience.Peu importe votre poste, certaines choses sont essentielles pour réussir - la création d'un lieu de travail sécuritaire, le respect des politiques et des procédures de la société, le respect des normes de qualité et veiller à ce que votre uniforme, votre apparence personnelle et vos communications soient professionnels. Le rôle d'expert en Service client signifie être sur vos pieds et vous déplacer (se lever, s’asseoir ou marcher pendant une longue période de temps); se déplacer sur des surfaces en pente, inégales ou glissantes; gérer le menu (lire et vérifier l'information visuellement), et mettre la main à la pâte dans votre travail (déplacer, soulever, porter, pousser, tirer et placer des objets pesant jusqu’à 25 livres (11,4 kg) sans assistance et 50 livres (22,7 kg) avec assistance; atteindre les objets au-dessus de la tête et au-dessous des genoux, y compris se plier, faire des rotations du corps, tirer et se baisser). Il est essentiel que les experts en Service client exécutent toutes ces tâches à la perfection (et toute autre tâche raisonnable qui leur est assignée) - ainsi, nos clients seront toujours satisfaits et notre entreprise continuera de prospérer.
