**Position Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
**Admissions**:

- Develop and maintain relationships with prospective families, providing them with information about the school, addressing their inquiries, and guiding them through the admissions process.
- Coordinate with school faculty and staff to ensure a seamless onboarding process for newly enrolled students, including collecting and maintaining accurate student data, coordinating orientation programs, and providing support as needed.
- Prepare admissions reports and analyse data to evaluate admissions trends, identify areas for improvement, and make recommendations to senior leadership.

**Marketing and Branding**:

- Develop and implement marketing strategies and initiatives to promote the school's brand and increase its visibility in the community and online.
- Create and manage content for the school's website, social media channels, newsletters, and other marketing materials, ensuring that they align with the school's branding and messaging.
- Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns, events, and initiatives, such as open houses, information sessions, and community outreach programs, to attract prospective students and engage with parents, students, and the local community.
- Collaborate with school leadership, faculty, and staff to gather testimonials, success stories, and other compelling content that can be used for marketing and promotional purposes.
- Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of marketing efforts, using data and metrics to measure outcomes and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

**Relationship Building**:

- Establish and maintain positive relationships with parents, students, and other stakeholders, serving as a point of contact for inquiries, feedback, and concerns related to admissions and marketing.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as the school leadership team, faculty, and staff, to ensure a cohesive and coordinated approach to admissions and marketing efforts.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, such as feeder schools, educational consultants, community organisations, and other relevant stakeholders to promote the school and attract prospective students.
- Represent the school at community events, fairs, and other relevant gatherings to showcase the school's offerings and build relationships with prospective families.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Previous experience in admissions, marketing, or related roles in the education sector, preferably in a school setting.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with parents, students, faculty, staff, and external partners.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of admissions processes and best practices in the education sector.
- Familiarity with the local community and market dynamics.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed for events and activities.
