Key Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with local and international HSE standards, regulations, and company policies.Facilitate and monitor the Permit to Work (PTW) system within RLIC and QatarEnergy requirements.Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify risks, hazards, and unsafe practices.Support the development and implementation of HSE programs, procedures, and initiatives.Investigate incidents, prepare reports, and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence.Provide HSE training, toolbox talks, and awareness sessions to employees and contractors.Assist in risk assessments and ensure mitigation measures are effectively implemented.Collaborate with project teams to promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility. Requirements Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Occupational Safety, or Environmental Science.NEBOSH IGC certification (mandatory).Permit to Work (PTW) training/certification (preferred by RLIC/QatarEnergy).Minimum 35 years of experience in an HSE role, preferably in Oil & Gas or Industrial projects.Strong knowledge of HSE standards and practices.Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.Age: 35+ preferred.Preferred Nationality: Any
