Transportation & Safety

  • Safely operate company vehicles (cars, vans, minibuses, buses) to transport tourists to scheduled locations.
  • Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company driving policies.
  • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and cleanliness.
  • Assist passengers with boarding, luggage handling, and special mobility needs.
  • Respond calmly and effectively to emergencies or unexpected situations (vehicle issues, accidents, delays).

Customer Service

  • Greet tourists warmly and provide a welcoming atmosphere throughout the journey.
  • Offer basic information about destinations, landmarks, local culture, and itinerary.
  • Answer customer questions and support tour guides when necessary.
  • Maintain a professional, courteous, and helpful attitude at all times.

Tour Coordination

  • Follow daily schedules and itineraries provided by the tour company or guide.
  • Communicate clearly with tour guides, dispatch teams, and office staff.
  • Adjust routes flexibly when needed due to traffic, weather, or customer needs.

Vehicle Maintenance

  • Keep the vehicle clean, fueled, and well-maintained.
  • Report mechanical issues, damage, or maintenance needs promptly.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Valid driver's license
  • Clean driving record and proven driving experience (tourism experience preferred).
  • Good knowledge of tourist attractions, and road networks.
  • Basic customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Professional appearance and behavior.
  • Ability to speak multiple languages is an advantage.
  • Physically able to lift luggage and assist travelers when required.

Job Type: Temporary

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: Up to QAR2,800.00 per month
