Role Description

We are seeking a QA/QC Engineer with 3 years of experience in steel fabrication and welding to join our team at DUTEST QATAR W.L.L. in Doha. This is a full-time, on-site role. The QA/QC Engineer will be responsible for monitoring and ensuring the quality of all steel fabrication and welding processes. Day-to-day tasks include conducting inspections, preparing quality reports, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards, performing welding tests, and collaborating with the production team to maintain quality compliance and resolve non-conformities.

Qualifications

  • Experience and knowledge of steel fabrication and welding processes
  • Proficiency in QA/QC procedures, standards, and documentation
  • Strong skills in inspection, testing, and compliance with industry-specific regulations
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills within a team
  • Relevant certifications in QA/QC, welding inspection, or equivalent qualifications
  • A degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgy, or a related field is preferred
