We are currently looking for a Reliability Engineer for one of our clients based in Qatar for a permanent opportunity.

  • Identify critical equipment and implement condition monitoring procedures.
  • Maintain and update lists of assets under condition-based monitoring.
  • Research and deploy advanced monitoring technologies and tools.
  • Communicate benefits of techniques like vibration, infrared, ultrasound, oil, and NOx analysis.
  • Schedule and manage field data collection activities.
  • Perform diagnostics and root cause analyses.
  • Report daily on HVAC performance and issues.
  • Develop reliability strategies and provide technical recommendations.

Visa sponsorship is provided however you need to have the following experience:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field.
  • 8+ years in similar roles, including 3+ years in managerial positions.

Skills:

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Knowledge of power, energy, and water sectors.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
  • Hands-on operational and implementation experience.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Qatar and GCC work environments.
