Qualifications and skills

  • Leadership: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential for managing staff and interacting with customers.
  • Customer focus: A commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
  • Knowledge: Proficiency in preparing a variety of coffee drinks, knowledge of coffee beans, and experience with coffee-making equipment is necessary.
  • Administrative ability: The capacity to handle administrative tasks like inventory management and record-keeping.
