Qualifications and skills

  • Experience: Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a coffee shop or a similar food and beverage environment is often required.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential for managing staff and interacting with customers.
  • Customer focus: A commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
