As the business expands, we are pleased to announce an incredibly exciting opportunity to be part of Qatar Airways Cargo's Operations team in Doha as a Senior Process Excellence Officer.
 

About the role

In this role, you will be responsible for driving continuous improvement and business process re-engineering across QR Cargo operations. You will focus on optimizing operational workflows to enhance efficiency, strengthen internal controls, and ensure compliance. You will also be collaborating with cross-functional teams to standardize and automate processes, enabling cost-effective and scalable operations. You will be a key enabler in aligning operational performance with strategic goals through data-driven insights and robust governance frameworks.

As part of your role, your additional responsibilities will include the following:

• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement by analyzing operational performance data.
• Monitor and report cost-saving initiatives, ensuring measurable impact and alignment with budgetary goals.
• Drive innovation by leveraging market trends and emerging technologies to improve operational effectiveness.
• Develop and track operational and financial KPIs, ensuring visibility and accountability across all regions.
• Lead cross-functional projects and reviews to identify gaps, propose solutions, and ensure effective adoption of new processes

About you

• Bachelor's degree with minimum of 4 years of job-related experience in process improvement projects, stakeholder management and time management
• Strong data analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau, Excel)
• Proficiency in using MS Visio and skilled in building business cases and executive presentations
• Strong relationship building, negotiation and influencing skills
• Excellent spoken and written English skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple, time- sensitive deliverables and competing priorities

• Ability to work extensively with cross- functional teams, in a faced- paced working environment
