Premium Solutions Consultancy is a recruitment consultancy based in Qatar, We are hiring a Business Development Executive to join Our Team .

Responsibilities:

• Develop new client relationships through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation activities.

• Research and identify potential industries and markets for business expansion.

• Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

• Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure smooth delivery of services to clients.

• Provide regular updates on sales activities and performance metrics.

Requirements:

• Valid Qatar Driving License with Own Car

• Excellent Communication Skills

• Proven Sales Experience in the Market in recruitment and HR .

• Relevant bachelor's degree

Salary: Competitive Basic Salary + Up to 50% Commission + Mobile Allowance
