We are looking to urgently hire an experienced
Aesthetic Specialist Doctor or Dermatologist
to join our niche aesthetic & wellness center in Doha, Qatar. This is an excellent opportunity for Aesthetic Specialists who specialize in Facial & Body Transformations, around the world, seeking a professional and supportive environment in Qatar. Candidates based outside Qatar may apply if they have initiated the process of QCHP licensing/prometric.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform advanced facial and body aesthetic treatments — from rejuvenation to full-face harmonization and contouring.
  • Masterfully operate Pico, Fraxel, Morpheus8, and other high-end laser and RF devices.
  • Combine science, artistry, and innovation to create personalized treatment plans that deliver stunning before-and-after results.
  • Work hand-in-hand with our slimming and wellness experts to design complete transformation journeys.

Requirements:

  • Licensed Aesthetic Specialist / Dermatologist / Aesthetic Physician eligible for licensing under Qatar's Ministry of Public Health (DHP).
  • Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience in aesthetic medicine, dermatology, or cosmetic procedures.
  • Proven expertise with injectables, energy-based devices (lasers, RF), scar and pigment management, and facial sculpting.
  • Strong sense of aesthetic judgment, precision, and safety.
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence in presenting your results.
  • A growth mindset — eager to lead, innovate, and elevate the clinic experience.
  • Portfolio or Instagram profile showcasing your before-and-after results is highly encouraged.
